Holding dual master’s degrees in Industrial Systems Engineering and Research in Systems Optimization from the University of Technology of Troyes (France), he has built a distinguished career across multiple countries, leading major industrial and construction projects in the Middle East and Europe. Before founding and managing Trust Full Trading, Contracting and Services, Moustapha held senior roles at ALUMCO Group, where he oversaw factory operations, managed large production teams, and led multi-branch ISO certifications across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the UAE. Known for his strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence, he continually drives innovation, operational efficiency, and quality performance across all business sectors.
